Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
System requirements and features are clearly outlined before purchase.
Failure to meet these requirements or any misunderstandings regarding features are the responsibility of the buyer.

PayPal Payment Terms

1. Disputes

Initiating a PayPal dispute will result in immediate blacklisting.

2. Friends and Family Payments

We exclusively accept PayPal payments through the Friends and Family option.
If you are unable to use this option, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

3. Correct Amount and Currency

Payments must be made in the correct amount and in Euros.

4. Received Funds

If the buyer does not meet any of the requirements outlined above or anywhere else given specifics regarding payment,
we reserve the right to retain any received funds.

Warranty Disclaimer

We do not offer any warranties in any way.

Incorrect Payment Amount, Type, or Currency

If the buyer sends an incorrect amount or currency, we reserve the right to retain the payment.

If the buyer purchases an incorrect "acte.co" voucher, we also reserve the right to retain the payment.

General Payment Disclaimer

We reserve the right to retain any received funds at any time and may refuse to provide the product to the buyer for any or no given reason.

Legal Notice

By purchasing a product, the buyer automatically agrees to these Terms of Service (TOS) and waives the right of withdrawal.
Post purchase, customers are solely responsible for their actions. We provide product keys for video game software only and disclaim all liability.
Acceptance of our TOS includes an agreement not to initiate disputes, request refunds, or take legal action.
